CTN.Bike is the home of Cycle The Net Pty Ltd, better known as CTN Imports, an Australian cycling company with a global outlook. Founded by Matthew Whitmore, CTN brings together premium distribution, rider-first retail, owned product development, and high-end cycling experiences under one roof.

What started with a deep passion for bikes has grown into a business built from real industry experience. Matthew’s journey began in a local bike shop as a teenager and has since spanned servicing, sales, wholesale, retail management, and global bike rental. That hands-on background still shapes everything we do today, from the brands we back to the way we support riders, retailers, and partners.

Today, CTN sits behind a portfolio that reflects different parts of modern cycling. We distribute brands such as Chapter2, Winspace, and Wishbone, while also building and operating The Carbon Project, PDL.Bike, and BikeRental.cc. Together, these businesses allow us to work across boutique framesets, engineering-led carbon bikes, precision components, performance ecommerce, and premium rental and activation experiences.

What connects every part of the group is a shared standard. We believe performance and design should never come at the expense of value. We believe support matters just as much as the product itself. And we believe the best businesses in cycling are built by people who genuinely ride, understand the detail, and care about the experience from first click to first pedal stroke.
